PIPS Fun Season, Week 2

Postby Kevcollins » Thu Sep 12, 2013 5:15 pm

First, I can't talk about next week without remarking about last night's match. I'm not sure the right term to use: humbling? frustrating? maybe a combination of both! I never would have expected a short 70 rounds of steel to make people feel so inadequate. Sheesh. We had some very tough COFs and were probably a little too aggressive on the setup. Nonetheless, it was fun. Still, we'll have to have some hoser stages later to make up for this week's ammo eater.

I'm sending this note early to allow people time to prepare. Next week's focus is wheel guns. If you've got one, dig it out, get yourself some ammo and bring it on down! We'll certainly let people shoot other guns but all the cool cats will be shooting revo! If you got a hakerin but don't have a piece, let me know--we might be able to set a couple up with some extras.

Same time and same deal as usual.

We are on for tonight as advertised. 115 rounds across 4 COFs and ZERO 8" plates @ 44 yds ;-) Bring your revo!
