No, it's 289 rounds and 11 coarses of fire (one will be blindfolded and hands in cuffs).

FUN OR WHAT?

Postby harmonii » Tue Jul 06, 2010 3:47 pm

Apologies for the lateness.

Here's the skinny. we're doing 5 Courses, 135 rounds.
(Note: I've seen the courses, you're gonna love em' - ..er... hate em)

We'll have some coffee and treats in the morning.

We are also going to do burgers and sides/fixings for the competitors.

Shooting starts at 10:00 am

Setup is Friday at noon until whenever and Saturday AM.

Any questions? The stages are excellent, Duane is the RM for the event. We're using a few props we have that don't get used alot due to the set-up time involved.

It was a ton of fun guys! Loved the stages. Great job all!
I wished I didn't have to work after the match yesterday as I would have liked to enjoy the food...

I am not sure who was doing scores however, I think someone entered 8 "D's" instead of 8 "C's" on my stage 2. Does anyone know who I should talk to?

Thanks!

All I gotta say is, man what a rough match. Had one good stage.
The plates through the low port was fun to watch. Shrapnel not included.

Caught one piece in the back of the head disarming at the safety table, and found 4 more pieces of jacket stuck in my clothes when I got home.
I didn't look at how the steel before the plates was set up, but I assume it was mounded pretty solid. Maybe allowing some movement would absorb some energy and cut down on the pieces flying. I know one other person got hit pretty good from it.

Yeah, maybe a barrel in front of that as well, the barrels in front of the poppers got most of that shrapnel, that would have alleviated it. Live and learn.

Updated scores have been posted. T. Gisel's stage 5 score was the only change (his score sheet was hiding in his range bag).
